please give a more detailed explanation of your solution. The cylinder on a lens has no power it only represents the difference between the principal meridians in this case +5.00 and 0.00
Take the two parts separately. 5.00 sphere decentered in 10 mm gives you 5D BI prism. Then do the cylinder. Prism created by decentering a cylinder requires a little trig or graph paper. A -5.00...
