I think blue light is more "dangerous".... outside than in front of a pc or a smartphone.. better a good quality pair of sunglasses?

I tell people what I believe the truth is, which is we don't have any long term studies that show how harmful blue light is. Is that factually wrong? I let people draw their own conclusions from that...
