I don't know of any lab that would agree to safety stamp any lenses in a non-safety frame, or which would put non-safety lenses in a safety frame.
6.5 for an Rx change.
To help cut the confusion I always ask if the glasses need to meet "Osha Safety Standards" as in safety markings on frames and lenses. Other then that all glasses should be meeting "Dress" safety...
I use freeform lenses all the time. That's not the question here. That sounds like much more work than just arranging them by cylinder like every other lab does.
I didn't want to share wholesale cost increases on the board, but it's a few bucks for sure.
