This large volume private practice in Lubbock, TX is searching for an associate O.D. that puts patient care first and is searching for an opportunity with outstanding compensation and benefits.
This is a full scope medical practice that allows a Dr to spend time with their patients.
· Optometrist associates can earn between 130-150K a year- high base plus bonus, hourly rate, or % of revenues (higher compensation if good production skills), based on experience
· W-2 with: health insurance, CE, 10 days PTO, 8 paid holidays, 401K
· Some Saturdays needed- no late hours
· State of the art equipment
· All credentialing and billing done for the O.D.
· High end optical products- boutique style
Requirements: O.D. licensed to practice in TX required.
