Which are the big Optical chains in USA?

Hi....I am working in the UK...(still here!!!), I just wanted to to find out which are the big optical chains in the USA....such as 'Vision Express, Boots Opticians, Specsavers etc' in the UK.

Let's see. From my area of the Connecticut here on the East Coast; between New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island we have quite a few.

• LensCrafters
• JC Penny Optical
• Sears Optical
• Costco Optical
• BJ's Optical
• Target Optical
• Walmart Optical
• Cohen's Fashion Optical
• Pearle Vision Centers (Both Corporate and Franchise)
• OptiCare (a regional chain limited to Conn. and Mass. I believe.)
• The was New England EyeCare but they were bought out and their name changed to something I can't remember. (They are also regional.)
• Vision World (I think they may have also been bought out. They are also regional and located in Conn. and NY.)
• Sterling Optical

Some of the above are owned by the same parent companies.
