- Full tech assistance
- Facilities are modern and fully-equipped
- Patients range from 14 years old to geriatric
- Earning potential between $167k-230k
- Salary: Base + quarterly production bonuses of 11.5% of collections
- Benefits: Health & dental insurance, optical package, 4 weeks PTO (accrues yearly), CE allowance, travel, association dues, life ins., 401k and Profit Sharing plan after 1 year employment, disability, malpractice, relocation and sign-on bonuses
- After 1 yr employment - additional optical bonuses of $15k-30k/yr
Responsibilities of the OD:
- See 25-30 patients per day at full volume
- 4.5 days/week
- Medical co-mgt, pre- & post-op exams, routine exams, contact lens fittings
- Be efficient and hard-working
Minimum qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.)
- Valid Washington optometry license
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
