When blocking a smart seg on a Kappa tracer, where is the bifocal positioned at?
Thanks.
Bob V.
I'm not sure I understand the question - the Smart Seg would be aligned just like a flat top, though the seg height might be specified a little higher than a regular one would be...
Thanks Robert ! When I set the blocker to the smart seg screen, it showed two lines, an upper and a lower. Do I block the lens as a bifocal on the lower line ?

I'm not sure that's a "smart seg" screen. Which lens type icon are you selecting?
It is the icon directly after the executive bifocal icon. The sales rep had said this was for smart segs, which is kind of odd, since smart seg is a Sola lens. But then, the rep wasn't too whippy.
I have the Delta, the one below and the screen after Executive Bi-Focals is supposed to be for their Interview lens. When I do a flat top, round seg, or trifocal I just use the flat top screen. Even with task specific lenses I just use the PAL screen.

That's not for Smart Segs - it's for Essilor NVF lenses. Use the Flat-Top mode for Smart Segs.
