    Would it be technically correct to say that all antimetropia patients are aniseametropic, but not all aniseametropia are antimetropic

      Anisometropia refers to a difference in prescription between the right and left eyes (generally, this refers to a significant difference). Antimetropia refers to a myopic prescription in one eye and a hyperopic prescription in the other. Antimetropia could therefore be considered a type or class of anisometropia.

            ;) Well, in most of the stuff I write -- especially for work, I can seldom get away with a simple Yes. But fortunately I can type pretty fast.
