Party time @ optrfair
So some folks are going to enjoy a party....Hope they make em dig real deep. :bbg:
Thought it was all work and no play.....
Optrafair exhibitors and their guests will be partying for charity on the Saturday night of the show, at the first social event of its history.
NEC organisers of the show, Centrex, are drawing on their experience from other industries and feel that it is time for them to say a big “Thank You” to all those who support the show by exhibiting. Optrafair’s chosen charity, Vision Aid Overseas, is also set to benefit with Centrex donating £1 to the fund for each person attending the drinks party.
Taking place in the atrium, from 6.00–8.00pm, as the show closes on the Saturday, all exhibitors and their guests will be welcome.
“We know this has not been done before, but we felt it was time the show gave something back to the exhibitors. After all their months of planning we are sure many will be delighted to celebrate,” said Neil Appleton, Chairman of the FMO’s Optrafair Committee.
It is also being viewed as a time to mix business with pleasure with many committed to manning their own stands, it will be an opportunity to mingle and meet up with old friends.
