just wondering how and what you fellow people use for storage and filing systems for orders that have come in from suppliers. We are having a hard time with all our contact lenses coming in from suppliers and filing them in such a way that is easy and non time consuming to find them when the customer comes in, any ideas? or how you file these?

We use optical trays which is not ideal. Dailies and some other types don't fit when you stack them. I recently saw an outfit that uses plastic bags alphabetized in drawers (kinda like a pharmacy set-up), which was an upgrade for that place over bags that hung from cup hooks in semi-alphabetical order. I think it's just one of those things you have to figure out depending on the space you have to do it.
