just wondering how and what you fellow people use for storage and filing systems for orders that have come in from suppliers. We are having a hard time with all our contact lenses coming in from suppliers and filing them in such a way that is easy and non time consuming to find them when the customer comes in, any ideas? or how you file these?

Alphabetically in drawers. -
We use optical trays which is not ideal. Dailies and some other types don't fit when you stack them. I recently saw an outfit that uses plastic bags alphabetized in drawers (kinda like a pharmacy set-up), which was an upgrade for that place over bags that hung from cup hooks in semi-alphabetical order. I think it's just one of those things you have to figure out depending on the space you have to do it.Comment
