Seiko 1.67 high-index lenses, manufactured from unique MR-10 resin, contain extremely desirable features, and should always be considered as the primary option for 3-piece or semi-rimless mountings, especially for patients with higher power prescriptions.
Cosmetically, MR-10 resin with a 1.67 index is roughly 20% thinner than standard polycarbonate.
