For some unknown reason, verizon.com is not blocking all emails from OptiBoard.
Because of this, I have had to block any new registrations from verizon.net and may have to put some existing accounts on Bad Email status.
I have already sent my request to Verizon to have Optiboard put on their whitelist. Meanwhile if this is an issue for you, it might help if you could call them and confirm this request.
