Return to the Snake, and Mt Moran - sunrise part 2

A return to Yellowstone and the Teton's last weekend was well worth the trip. As has become my usual custom now, stopping for sunrise over the Tetons on my way home is never a waste of time. The views at that time of day are nothing short of breathtaking. Saturday morning last was no different:

Thanks Doc - I almost fell in the river that morning. Like for real. Anything for the shot though, right? :D

          That is picturesque. Loving it!
Wish I was there with you. I’m sitting here picturing this scene with a SinghRay DB RGND, and a 45 second exposure with 6 stops.
I bend light. That is what I do.

It's definitely one of my happy places! If any fellow OB'ers are out in the general Utah direction, drop me a line! Would love to both meet, and shoot together!

This one was just a single snap, thought about using my B+H Cir Pol filter, but it was dark enough that I didn't really need it. I *think* this was like a 1/4 or 1/3 sec shot. Then just my usual editing in Camera RAW and PS. Some day I'd love a full suite of ND, *all* the gradients, and reverse gradients like those lovely SinghRays! I'm on the Insta too, if any of you poke around over there at all. Would love to see ya there too!
