Can I, Somehow.....

OK, so I admit it, I don't empty my PM file enough. I find that there are some that I shouldn't delete because there is still usful information in them.

The question is: Can I put them into a folder somewhere on the PM section or can I somehow down load them to my hard drive??

Any ideas??

You can copy and paste into Microsoft word. Then you can save the document under whatever heading you want and create a folder on your own computer.

Word......no, reallly, microsoft word :p

or hit that prnt scrn button, it takes a snapshot of your screen and past it on paint and save..... although MS Word is easier and faster......don't you just LOVE options :)

At the bottom of the page you'll see a drop down for "Selceted Messages" you can download them in a few different formats. Whole lot easier than copy paste or print screen.
