Here is the questions:
1. What is the sag of this surface over a diameter of 60mm?

What is the sag of this surface over a diameter of 60mm?

A pencil of light is made to converge to a point 20cm beyond a lens. Find the curvature of the wavefront:

a) on leaving the lens
b) 1cm from the lens,
c) 19.9cm from the lens
d) 21cm from the lens.

Using 1.53 as the reference for index, what will the true curve be for a Nominal base of 2.50 with a Front Radius of 203.87? I have a formula to divide by 530 but it doesn't make sense the final number of 3.84
