Hi Y'all,
Caught in a bind, I have a patient that is wearing a Lenscrafters Featherweight Poly Smart-Fit progressive and has had no problems with it. I called and they don't know what the exact branding on it is (I did not talk to the manager). I put this patient in an Ellipse in plastic at first and she did not feel they were as clear, after I called LC I switched her to a Smallfit in poly and now the whole lens feels 'swimmy'. I am not sure what else to do. I am really curious to know what lens that Smart Fit is... Any help would be appreciated! Thanks! |

Have you seen them in person? If so, what do the identifiers look like? If not, just call up a LC and tell them a friend told you about SmartFit and you want to know about it.

Should have presented your lens as vastly superior in every respect to theirs. Confidence in product can make a huge difference.
