Motorcycle Goggles
I have a patient looking for a pair of rxable motorcycle goggles. Any ideas where I'd get some from? We don't carry anything like that.

We use a line called 7Eye (http://www.7eye.com/) which work very well. A lot of the frames have removable foam inserts behind the lens. We've had great feedback from them!

I use . . . .
the Wiley X Climate Control Series. I used to use Panoptix who morphed into 7eye, but they made me mad when they wouldn't sell me a foam insert for a style they carried over.
Good luck to you!

Motorcycle specs
Modinno / Across Canada Vision Care sell four sizes of Rxable motorcycle glasses. They work well as I had some made for myself.
Go to modinno.com and click "goggles." 1 800 565 9511 |

Sorry I'm posting so late...but Triumph used to sell rx'able goggles at their dealerships. Don't know if they still do though.

7eye is best for your motorcycle patient
7eye is #1 for the motorcycle community. You can phone them at 925-484-0292, or see at www.7eye.com. Good company and good products. Fast lab turnaround...they guarantee 5 days or it's 50% off.

full disclosure
Yes, indeed...I do work at 7eye. Will stand behind everything I say, 100%. Will post my direct email to support that: bhall@7eye.com. You'd be dealing with the Canadian distributor, Imperial Eyewear, in Windsor....good folks.

the facts on 7eye
Fair question, Fezz. Over 95% of 7eye USA sales are to the wholesale trade, including a couple thousand ECP's. Less than 5% of sales are web, mostly plano sunglasses. In Canada (I think this string originated there), it's 99%. As a small company, we're doing our best to grow, AND to be responsible...we're not perfect. 7eye supports the professional trade. And I'm listening, and welcome the input.

I would suggest Rudyproject.com. They have lots that are Rx-able.
