Is this patient's first progressive?
What is their old Rx? (including lens style, PDs, and SH) What is their new Rx? (including lens style, PDs, and SH) Also, have you tried adding face form wrap? |

Resolve, need more facts
To get this going we need to know a bit more in order to help: Was customer a first time Progressiv wearer or already used to a lens brand/design, which one ? Where did the new PAL come from, design type, change of script, change of frame size, change of material, etc.... ?

Was the P.D. Done Monocular or Binocular, and make sure panto and wrap are sufficient. I've always found plenty of wrap makes for better peripheral.

Frame may be too small
I'm not familiar with this progressive but way too familiar with that complaint. First your seg is probably too low , no matter what the manufacturer says is min height. You must fit the progressive close to the eyes and check panto. It's almost always the problem when you get this complaint. If you can't adjust the frame closer and get the right amount of panto, pick another frame and start over. If you constantly get complaints with this progressive, -SWITCH to GT2 short or similar quality.

PD's with in tolerance...what does this mean? Is the PD off a little in one or both eyes? What is the add? Was he/she wearing reading glasses before? What does too narrow mean? Does it mean he can only see one column of newspaper print?
Reading areas in progressives just aren't very wide especially in the stronger adds. |

Even more especially in short corridor designs.
