I think I have high polycarbs too, but I don't go to the drs. that often, so I might never know.

Polycarbs aren't bad as long as you exercise a lot.

I had the same problem with mine. Turns out the voltage was too high. Turn the voltage down, and you will find it will cut much better.

Let me know if you have any questions. One of my techs is fluent in hieroglyphics, and has read the entire manual.

now! i know some of yall dont do your own edging i quit edging a year ago. so what you need is this tracer! hook it up to your computer, send it to your lab and BAM it comes back cut! i never had problems with size!!!! no patterns to cut, dont have to keep the patients frame, or if the rx is wild, trace it. i saw 3 tracers "used" essilor phi units for $1500.00 i will ask $900.00.or lets talk!
