Is anyone using the Schneider HCS Sprint generator system?

Is it working as expected? Does it sync well with your computer system? How has Schneider's service been?

HSC sprint
yes, working as expected. Has been installed and tested at a friendly Lab, uses cinematic / motoric as in the big machine, just down to bare neccessities and lower throughput, accuracy good. Computer sync problems will depend more from case to case on your LMS (Lab management system) platform, no issue with up-to-date / standard systems.
Can't really comment on the service situation in the US.
