    VSP One Dallas Issues

We have been seeing a lot of jobs coming back with just the right lens being small and the left lens fitting perfectly. Has anyone else using this lab been seeing this?

The right lens is for practice so they can get the size on the left lens just right!

Can't say we have and been using them for many many years. Then again we always send the frame in for edging

Only thing I can think of is that their edger needs to be calibrated. And I don't mean a basic calibration, an overall system calibration from the tracer to the LMU's, to the bevel arm etc.

We send the frame in too, which is why this is even more irritating. I got a call from them the other day and they suspect that one of the mei edgers that cuts 2 lenses at the same time is having a calibration issue on one side. They should also be catching this before it gets to me.

This should be regular maintenance for a lab cranking out as many jobs as they do. No excuse.
