Ya I get that, but somebody leaking a confidential document before there has been a preceding/settlement is asinine.
Whether the purpose was to garner support for the claimants, expose the dirt on the defendants or simply stir the poop pot, it certainly doesn't help the case.

We should be glad that some OB members go a step further to get and share a public document with the others.
We can learn more if the ones that know, share with the others. There is not only the usual gang of posters on OB, there are hundreds of others that tune in to get information that interests them.
Just look at the rate of the number of views that go up on some posts and not on others, while comments by members may stay scarce.
Optical Magazines will only publish what suits the publisher or the Editor. They will never publish anything that will be said against a major advertiser out of fear for reprisals by cutting the ads.
For one of the few times in the history of Optiboard, I agree with Chris Ryser!!!

Thank you so much !
does anyone know when is the court date is in Hamilton court ?
I thought it was within the next one or two weeks?
So you knew about it, didn't share it, and your giving this other guy crap for it. That makes you just as bad as the plaintiffs. This is common practice in the professions leadership in the US anyway. I once told that a leader in another state was on trial for embezzling money from an organization. A couple years later and the man being accused is a PhD and the one that was accusing was friends with another that did embezzle money from an optical organization. These leaders are doing some "City Wok".
