Confused Parallel effect in Reading zone 1.74 S Design

    Help!
I have a problem patient that we have exhausted all our options on. We started the patient in a 1.74 Physio Enhanced but the patient didn't like the width of the reading. After a few other issues with RX and vision fluctuations we dropped back into a Comfort 2 to try and mimic the first pair of PAL's the patient had and liked. He said in the reading zone that everything seemed to look like a parallelogram. We adjusted the glasses nothing helped. When I called our lab they told me to put the patient back in a digital lens, S Design. I was told that he wouldn't have the sensation...he does. Anyone else have this issue? Any advise??
