Hello
I work i Norway, and here we have Zeiss Brevis. I have read some articles where Brevity is been tested. I assumed that this was the same lens as Brevis. But when I look at the centration chart there is a difference:

1. The engravings are circles i Brevity, but the Zeiss square marks i Brevis
2. The Prism refrence point is 2 mm below i Brevity, but the standard 6 mm i Brevis.
3. Brevis has B50 for identification (Brevis index 1.50) - For Brevity I dont know....
4. Brevity min. fittingheight 16 mm, Brevis 17 mm. Corridor length for Brevis is 13 mm

Can someone (Darryl Meister?) please tell me the differences between these two lenses. Until today I have assumed that these are equal, and been using the information about Brevity from different articles when dispensing Brevis.....
