We don't do pediatrics and rarely see outside Rxs for them.
However I do have this young man who I have done SV distance pairs for a few times.
He now has an Rx and glasses for a distance pair and a near pair but we are talking about trying a bi-focal.
Could I get input from a few of you that do this sort of thing every day please?

Distance Rx =
OD: +4.75 -1.25 X 108
OS: +6.25 -2.50 X 30

Near Rx =
OD: +7.25 -1.25 108
OS: +8.75 -2.50 X 30

Distance PD = 52

What segment would you use?
I think I recall that "round" segs. are used for some reason?

Material?

Anything else?
