Not even sure if this is an okay topic to discuss but.....
How do you price your freeform progressives? I've only put a few of my patients in freeform PALs because of the price issue. I'm charging about 90$ more for the freeform lens we use (HOYA products) than for our most expensive short corridor PAL.( and that's not including the mandatory upgrade such as AR that is priced seperately) How much more expensive are your freeforms than your most expensive non freeform PAL? I realize there are many variables but I'd like to at least get an idea of what others are doing. Our geographics will not allow for us to sell them to every PAL patient but I'm sure I could increase it from what I'm doing now.
