Art-Craft Optical Co., Inc. is an internationally-recognized manufacturer of superior ophthalmic-quality dress and safety prescription spectacle frames.
thank you for your replies, I am aware of their websites, I am also aware that the public can buy their frames pretty darn cheap on line.
What I want to know is are they listed in frame facts?
does anyone here sell them on a regular basis?
does anyone know if they are trying to market their product in this new world where lots of people are looking for "made in America" and "retro" is cool again, but the average optician is unaware that they are still in business.
has anyone seen a frame rep from either of these companies in the last 20years?
If a frame rep from their company did stop in to your store would you even be interested?
and does anyone here know anyone at either of these companies?
Hi All, I am also seeking a FRAME FACTS or FRAMES DATA price book from the mid 1990's (any year and any quarter). I am willing to pay $150 for it. Please send email to DrRobert@eyeworksgroup.com if you can help. Thank you!
Both companies currently list their products in Frame Facts. I don't think either ever had sales reps. Before foreign importers flooded the market, we use to get almost all of our frames from our labs - including Shuron/Continental, which became Shuron/Textron in the mid '80s.
