I am an asisstant of a international sales manager. Our company is selling their own design of Clip-on. I need to find a list of distributors for North America that I can contact with or I will get fire >< ...Can anyone help me with this?:( Thank you very much

I would suggest that you look in the optical rags to find the details you require. Failing that a good google search should yeild a few results.
I would dobt very much anyone will have a list as such, more a case of you advertising your product asking for distrubitors.

You might want to contact the OLA www.ola-lab.org or VCA (Vision Council of America, don't know their web address but you could google it). Tell them your requirements and I am sure they can at least help you with initial contacts.

I did contact them but none of them reply, maybe i have to become the member of them first before they answer my question.

Don't bother they won't answer your questions if you are a member. Just collect dues and pat each other on the back at annual meetings.
