    edger woes

    HI!
    I have an essilor profil edger w/black back cover.
    The problem I`m haveing is when I turn it on it may beep once than nothing,the only thing running is the cooling fan. Gerber has sent me a 12v power supply and a replacement board to no avail. Perhaps someone here has had a similar experience. I would like to know how to resolve this.
