Who carries Modo??

Are any of you familiar with the Modo line?? What distributor/manufacturer carries it?? I needs some parts on a frame.

As a side note, what is the deal with their website the content is over a year old, has Modo been having some financial problems. I fairly sure our rep here got the boot, and I tried contacting someone regarding it but I have not had a return phone call.
