    Question Polycarbonate Lens Council

After some of the previous posting on glass lenses in drill mounts and patients with monocular vision, some of us at work began discussing the "duty to warn". I knew that the Polycarbonate Lens Council always had a wealth of information about this topic but for some reason I am unable to reach their website and haven't been able to for quite a while. I was wondering if anyone knew why their site went down?

I think it got thrown out because of the terrible scratching.

    Re: Polycarbonate Lens Council Website

I suspect, although without proof, that the reason it is down, and I hope only temporarily, is because of the passing of Joe Bruneni. Joe was at the heart of the Poly Council and I believe was its webmaster. Joe was also one of the unsung heros in the optical industry, a friend of mine, and missed a lot.

I think I found the reason

It seems it is because in 2004 The Polycarbonate Lens Council joined The Vision Council
