Customer Service Supervisor
Eclips, a custom clip-on sunglasses company, is currently looking for a qualified person for a full-time customer service supervisor position.
The ideal candidate enjoys providing the highest quality of customer care and takes great pride in customer satisfaction. They must be a self-starter and comfortable with multi-tasking.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year optical experience
- Sales experience -a plus
- 100% Customer oriented
- Excellent telephone presence
- Good listening and problem solving skills
- Computer literate (Macintosh)
- Self-motivated/Self-starter
- Exceptional attention to detail
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer and resolve incoming customer service calls and emails
- Accept telephone orders and answer product questions
- Calling customers to clarify order information
- Calling customers to inform about services and programs- building sales through service
About Us:
Founded in 1992, Eclips is a custom clip-on sunglasses lab located in Emeryville, CA. A privately owned company that is well established in the optical industry. We deal direct with doctors and or optical retailers.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00pm
