Where do you buy your nosepads?

I am almost out of 15mm symmetrical screw on nosepads and was checking around for a good value. This got me to thinking; why not come here and find out where you all would recommend.

Thanks in advance for your assistance,

    -Brendan

Stormin Norman's...by the way, has anybody else had problems with Hilco's Logic pads? For me, they keep breaking at the stem, usually about 4-6 weeks after replacing.

Western Optical Supply (800- 423-3294). Best quality I've found so far, especially for the price ($2.99 for a pkg of 10 pair). They carry the 9mm round, D-Shape and symmetricals, both screw post and push-in. They also have the 9mm "slide on" pads. While we still keep a few D-shape pads around, we've phased them out of our stores and use only the symmetricals. If a customer needs only one pad replaced we go ahead and replace both at no additional charge. This has saved us a lot of time and hassle trying to stock all the various pads, and works 99% of the time. As far as charges to the customer, if we made their eyeglasses then there is no charge for replacement pads; if we did not make their eyeglasses there is a $5.00 fee for labor and materials, applied to the cost of the customer's next pair of eyeglasses if they get them for us.

Oh, yeah, we have! I've discontinued all Logics. They're ***ppy. Generally, though, I love Hilco as a company.

    Nose Pads

I have an inside source to Hilco and I was informed that the issue with the Logic Pads has apparently been resolved. I certainly hope so. They simplify life and cut inventory cost. I was quite upset when they were breaking...but Hilco always makes good on products they manufacture/distribute. They have been replacing inventory at no charge for customers with Logic complaints...no hassles...they just replace the inventory with the new Logic pads or standard pads if you prefer.
