What I dont understand is : Why we never had theese problems 10 years ago with AR coated lenses that were cut on Edgemasters and AITs???????

My worst lens is the VISIO 1.66 w/ UTMC. Guaranteed to craze!

    Big Smile 166

All 166 will in my experience craze in 11-14 mo. if it last that long. I was so glad that VX 167 came out so that I could stop using the 166 for my thin lens affectionados. VX claims this won't happen, but time will tell.

I use the TL 1.67 or the Nikon 4 (also 1.67). They haven't crazed on me.
