Transitions Vs. Sunsensors

Curious to opinions about Transitions vs. Sunsensors. I am a Transitions fan myself. They work better all the way around and come in many many materials and types. We just got some transtions and tried some camparisons. The Transitions blew them away. The interesting one was inside a car. The Transitions actually darkened a reasonalble amount to the Sunsensors next to nothing tint. In fact, alot more. What are your experiences out there ? ? ?

I haven't used a lot of sunsenors lately, but I hate the raccoon effect they provide (darker at the edges than in the centre). So I say transitions. With the NG transitions and an AR coating, I find that they look great for 3-4 years.

Funny you mention the car. We were told that Sunsensors get 50% darker in the car, than other photochromics. We never put it to the test ourselves, though.
