    Question

Anyone out there with a Maui Jim account? If so, would you mind selling our optical a pair of temples? One of our lab tech's brothers broke his while helping him move. The only markings on the frame are "MJ-145-19"

The frame is metal, the temples have a raised panel of diamond shapes running down their length, and are brownish-metallic in color.

Anyone want to give this one a shot?

    Thanks,
    Pete

He can just contact Maui directly. They have an amazing service department. Don't know of anyone who's had a problem yet.

If you haven't been able to get the parts yet from the above suggestions, let me know. We have a Maui Jim account and I know just what frame you're talking about.
I've never had to order parts only for a frame, I'm not sure if they even do that but I don't see why not.

I still haven't located a pair of replacement temples. If I find the contact number for Maui Jim (which shouldn't be that hard), do you imagine I can go ahead and order the replacement parts- or will I need to find an office with an account? Can a Sunglass Hut order the part? If so, what kind of warranty do these glasses have?

    Thanks,
    Pete

What the hell are you doing!? No offense but if you had contacted Maui Jim you would have had your glasses by now.

Maui Jim will be delighted to open an account for you with a substantial minimum order. If you only need a pair of temples thats a high price to pay! :(

Harry J, It's s customer service issue plain and simple. Last time I checked temples were going for about 20.00 canadian which is not a big price. Most of the time you just pay for shipping and they repair them for free as a part of their "good service".
