    Need your opinions and questions

Hello to all, and thank you for this quick read..I am doing a live feed at the SECO conference this month. I am researching the questions that you may have regarding the frame vendors, that I can then discuss to the SECO attendees.
What do you want to hear? Want to know? How can we be a better partner? What do you think of Charmant and it's programs and products?
Thanks so much for taking the time to respond, I value your opinions and would like to share them with others.

    Welcome Charisse!
If you will change your member profile "occupation" to show your affiliation with Charmant, you will not need to indicate this with each post.

As a LensCrafter employee out in the "sticks" of TN, I don't get to have any direct input into decisions of what frames the company produces or purchases, (other than recently to request an emergency shipment of safety frames when a local company safety officer decided to start sending her 125 people for new frames.) But I do have my favorite styles and these are the first frames I will show prospective customers, and the ones that I like to wear.

If I DID have some kind of buying input: my questions would be on issues like frame materials and I would like to take my little hand tools out at the vender booth and see how easily those nose pad arms will adjust for wide/or non-existant bridges....I would probably want to rub really hard (oops, the screw driver slipped) on the finish to see how tough the platings are, and I wouldn't let frames in the door that have those dorky, impossible to adjust, hingeless temples (they look like metal jello jiggling there on the frame board)...stuff like that. Is this anything to do with what you are asking??

Once again.... Welcome, and don't get upset with the guys over on your other thread! Maybe its all this "super bowl" testosterone that has them so aggressive! Keep your cool and remember to tell people where you are coming from. Our Optiboard PARTY is big enough for all kinds of view points.

Jenny, thank you for the kind words and the support for this newbie! I am truly amazed at the amount of talent that is out there in the industry and look forward to learning more from each of you. As to the latest thread, well, after reading other postings on the different discussion threads, I feel right at home.

I work with the Charmant group, Hugo Boss, and the titaniums. My question is how do you pick the branding names that you have? Why don't you have Armani or Calvin Klein, not that I get much requests, but why don't they work with you?
What else can you do for me?
