I haven't used this much so I can't judge. But has anyone else had a problem with this. I got a job in last week, saw nothing wrong with it, dispensed it and the patient came right back in complaing of scratched AR in the center. After careful examination I found what appeared to be air bubbles in the Crizal coating in the center of the anterior surface of the lens. These were only visible to me with bright light and magnification while viewing the lens horizontally from the side.
I sent this back to the lab and it returned appearently flawless. I dispensed it again. During this process I heated (with air) what I thought was just the outside of the plastic/rimless frame to pull the temples in. The patient went out the door and came right back in complaining of crazing in the upper outside of lens. Sure enough, the coating had crazed.
