Lab that can do Air Titanium?

Twice in the last month I've had someone ask me if we can do "Air Titanium" mountings. I called my lab and they said that they do not have the equipment.
I'm not really familiar with AT's. What is so tough about this type of mounting? Does anyone know of a lab that I can have this work done at? I'd love a phone number! Thanks!

Hi CJ,

The mounting for Air Titanium requires "vertical milling" process instead of traditional drilling process.

Italee optical in CA has many advaced equipments who also offers lab service for any type of rimless frame. Their number can be found on the 20/20 magazine (They advertise as the distributor of Kawasaki eyewear). Sorry, I don't have their number on hand.

If you're on the East coast, Vision Systems of Virginia has done this sort of job for us several times.
We have never used them for this type of mounting, but I believe Balester in PA also has the equipment.
