Our office just opened back in November, I have completed training with our lab and some other sources, but none of those even touched on what to do when a patient is dilated. I'm sorry if this has been asked before I've gone through the forums for literally months now reading everything I can and haven't seen anything about this. (super thankful for this board and all its knowledgeable members, I've learned so much!)
How do you measure for, lets say a trifocal (lower edge of pupil) when they are dilated and their pupil is huge!? Do you just subtract a few mm to make up for the larger pupil or do you find a way to work around this?
