[bc]Essilor Awards Pupilometers to Optometry and Opticianry Students
in The Crizal® Award of Excellence[/bc]
DALLAS - (July 11, 2003) – The 2003 Crizal® Award of Excellence was presented to 10 students of optometry and 7 students of opticianry in June. Each recipient of the Essilor Crizal® Award receives an Essilor Digital Corneal Reflection Pupilometer (DCRP) valued at $500.
“The Crizal® Award of Excellence is a unique recognition because the individual school creates the criteria under which the pupilometer is awarded,” said Dr. Rod Tahran, vice president of professional relations for Essilor of America. “We are delighted to sponsor and create this customizable Essilor and Crizal®-sponsored award for all schools that wish to participate on a yearly basis.”
