Vision Expo East moving permanently to Orlando beginning in 2025

I have mixed feelings. I really enjoy New York, especially the pizza, but Orlando is more convenient so I'll deal with it.

I, too, really have enjoyed all of the wonderful Italian restaurant fare and other truly ethnic dining delights!


But I have been saying for years that Vision Expo East and Vision Expo West should have their show dates reversed because it's too often uncomfortably cold in New York, and sometimes too hot in Las Vegas during their respective show periods, but this is a nice compromise.


During COVID, the Orange County Convention Center show worked out well, and so many necessary show-related amenities are so much more closer and convenient, such as lodging, dining, meeting venues, etc., and they finally changed the dates to match Vision Expo West w/ the Thu thru Sat dates, giving travelers decompression time and easier to return to work on the following Mon.

Vision Expo has been slowly dying anyway IMO. Especially West. I'm glad they moved it to Florida so I don't have to decide if I'm going to East anymore. Hard no.
