From a design and user experience standpoint the modern eClaim is really strong. One single page for everything, broken down into small sections with alternate navigation if you don't want to scroll. I know most people probably don't enter claims on a cell phone, but one page navigation like this is far more reasonable for mobile or tablet users.
I know the bugs are annoying, and thankfully they aren't forcing it yet, but I think it would have been smarter for them to force it.
