    Rudy Project????

I was wondering If anyone has experience with the Rudy Project line of sports/sunwear. They look really cool, but has anyone got a feel in terms of their quality, customer service, and honoring of warranties with respect to frames and even scratched lenses? Any information would be appreciated.

I've been carrying Rudy Project in my shop for almost a year now and they're great! I haven't had an occasion to do any warranty work, but based on their normal customer service, I'm pretty confident that there won't be a problem. The website has driven business to me as have the recommendations of current wearers.
    Price points are excellent.

If only all frame company's customer service was as good as Rudy's! They are very easy to work with and I've had no problem with the only one warranty I had to do. Very good in quality.

Thanks for the great feedback; I've been considering carrying them too.

the best is that there are very few online stores that cary their product.
    Even they dont discount them.

I just started up with them and I love the entire line and the entire philosophy of the company. No problems that are usually fairly typical. It looks pretty good for them.

We've been carrying them for over a year now. Although a little pricey, the line is a godsend for patients who want something special for sports and/or sports fashion. Numerous styles, sizes, adapability to fairly wide range of Rxs. I don't believe we have had a single problem or return on these.

    We carry them. . .

we like them and they have been excellent to deal with. No warranty problems yet and we've had them for a couple of years now.

I hope you're all having fun and making money!!

We've had Rudys for about 3 years and they deliver what they promise. It is one of our highest re-order suns becaue they have so many variations for so many different activities, plus you can market them to non-rx wearers as well.

Sell them to a snowboard/sport shop. They go like hotcakes in that market, for some reason.

They also have alot of choices for small face which is helpful for female athletes who tend to be petite and/or thin.

    Great products, great lens warranty.

One negative is that they don't have the name recognition as Oakley etc with the general public but athletes (Runners, cyclists, triathaletes) will know and seek them out.
