ESSILOR INTRODUCES NEW MARKETING FOR REFLECTION FREE NP® ANTI-REFLECTIVE LENS
Eye Care Professionals to Receive In-Office Promotional Materials
VISION EXPO EAST, NEW YORK CITY - (March 21, 2003) – Building upon its commitment to provide all patients with the benefits of anti-reflective lenses, Essilor has created a new marketing initiative for its Reflection Free NP® anti-reflective lens. The product’s new positioning statement, “Doesn’t everyone deserve reflection-free vision?” is being incorporated into point-of-purchase materials, consumer brochures and other marketing materials.

“Our new approach to marketing Reflection Free NP® is driven from the idea that we believe everyone deserves to have the benefits of an AR coating, regardless of the chosen lens material or design,” said Kurt Matsumoto, vice president of marketing for Essilor of America. “Reflection Free NP® gives ECPs the opportunity to offer a quality AR lens to more of their patients as the lens accommodates all prescriptions at a value price.”
