    Sport sunglass question?!

I have a patient who is an avid cyclist. (did I spell either one of those correct?). I need a sunglass blade with a removable Rx insert so that I can put in his -6.00 spheres. I don't use Oakley due to the huge minimum buy in. Wiley is a nice new company with just the frame I need, but without the insert. So I am sure this is not an original script and If anyone has a frame they would suggest, I would appreciate it.

    Thank you ,

We use Bolle Vigilante and Parole a great deal. You can get two different kinds of interchangeagle lens sets.
    Bolle Performance Eyewear

We also use the Adidas Gazelle by Silhouette.

I agree with Jo on both accounts, I've used both, they work a well as they are desighed to. Oakley won't even touch a script that high. What type of lens are you going to use. These things tend to sit quite close. You might want to suggest contacts, as an alternative.

The Bolle system has a number of interchangable lenses and we do well with it.

I can strongly recommend Rudy Project for any number of sport specific purposes. Most have interchangeable lenses and many have removable Rx inserts. Rx-able models can be done in-house or at your local lab. The price points are very reasonable.

I too will vouch for Rudy Project's performance. Easily Rxable for almost everything they have.

Oh, the company (customer service) is easy to work with too!
