Thanks Pork-n-beans! Is 14 their "long" corridor or their short?

I'm not sure if they have variable corridors. If not, probably their short.

Try giving Dallas customer service a ring and see if a fellow named Greg still works there. He'll give you all the information you need plus more.

I remember that the ID and Lifestyle came in two corridor lengths: 11mm (short) 14mm (standard). X should be Trivex, H might just mean Hoya.

35F might be the work distance (35cm), or add power (3.50). No ideas for the 'F' if the latter.

    Hope this helps,

This is likely an iD LifeStyle Harmony. "4XH" is a 14mm corridor, made from Trivex, and the "H" indicates Harmony. "35F" on the temporal side is the addition, and the "F" indicates that the addition is on the front side of the lens.
