Tinting process

Hi there,

we would like to change our varnish’s producer for an other one and it seems that we need to improve our tinting process, because there is a color shift after curing in an oven cause by higher curing temperature. There are being used non-tintable varnishes.

What experience do you have? Does it work in that way, that for each master lens do we need to find a specific color/shade that after a curing process moves to the requested master lens color/shade?

When so, is there any formula / or a way, how to determine from CIE diagram, in which direction should we ’correct’ our master lenses in order to achieve the correct color shade after the curing process?
