OK - most of you probably have recently received the latest edition of 20/20 magazine. It's over there...on that pile on your desk...unread, and you only looked at Coco & Breezy on the cover. Open it up, and read Barry Santini's guest editorial on page 16. He did a great job of articulating what's happening (happened?) in the push-pull arena of consumer/patient vs. seller/ECP. Good food for thought. Nice work Barry!

Barry's editorial reminds me of the great Walmart retailer scare. Competing head to head with pricing = loss. Finding your niche and offering what the others don't = win.
