Measuring PD Alternating Exotropia?

Hello,
I have Strabismus secondary to childhood Meningitis. I have an alternating Exotropia. I have been wearing PALs for some time now and need a new RX.

I cannot say for sure if I have ever been happy with PALs and am wondering about trying Bifocals. I think that my PD has not been measured correctly and I would think that has to be right for ME to use PALs. I use both eyes and kind of scan alternatively with each eye.

How should my "Pupil Positions" be assessed for PALs?

Is there a particular PAL that you would recommend for me?

I currently have Definity 3 because I thought it might be the best for my situation.
